QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar roleProficiency in MS ExcelProficiency in HRIS and payroll processingStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of labour laws and compliance regulations is a plus
