The role.

The role is responsible foremployee’s hire to retire Admin activities for P&O organization of MiddleEast region. This position will report to P&O Business Partner – MiddleEast Region.

The roleis responsible for employee’s salary processing. Maintains Payroll information forMiddle East by collecting and updating data in manual files. Updates payrollrecords by entering salary details, additional payments, deductions andexemptions. Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee income,taxes, statutory deductions and payments. Work closely with payroll serviceproviders.

  • You will manage have end-to-end Payroll Processing for Middle East Countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar and Kuwait)
  • You will do process authentication - validation & supporting consolidation of Inputs as an expert with hands on knowledge on Statutory compliance payouts and administration
  • ·You will be responsiblefor ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll with the payroll serviceproviders.

  • You have expertise in handling Salary Revisions and related processes
  • You will be custodian & responsible to maintain complete Monthly/Yearly Payroll Reports & Data base
  • You will be responsible for processing the off-cycle payments through the payroll service provider
  • You will be responsible for receiving and keeping record of the advances, deductions and leaver payout calculations for employees. Timely informing the payroll service provider for implementation of the required payout to the employees
  • You have expertise in handling Variable pay/Bonus or Incentive payouts and have knowledge on General Ledger Accounting - Salary related Ledgers - accounting principles and reconciliation and knowledge on Audit handling
  • You will do coordination with stakeholders both internal and external, conducting meetings for pay out related topics
  • ·Verification &Reconciliation of monthly payroll for all the countries within Middle Eastregion

    ·Preparing and followingthe monthly / annual payroll calendar

    ·Preparingmonthly / quarterly manual payroll reports, other adhoc reports

    ·SupportingFinance team by providing required payroll related data

    Your profile.

  • 4+ years of significant experience into HR Payroll including Middle East Region payroll experience will be added advantage
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong knowledge on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • You have hands-on experience in one of more than one HR system Master Data and process transition across country or with in the process with good, shared services knowledge
  • You have good knowledge in advance excel. ERP transition experience, multi process and HR tools and technology understanding.
