Job Description - Associate HR -Tech Implementation

If you've worked in HR Ops, processed payroll, or handled PF/ESI compliance — even for just 6 months — this is your breakthrough into HR -Tech.

nHRMS is hiring 30 Associates to join our HR -Tech Implementation team. No developer skills needed. Just your HR knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

? What you'll do:

• Configure HRMS platforms (Keka / GreytHR / Zoho People) for client organisations

• Set up payroll components, leave rules & statutory compliance modules

• Support data migration, UAT testing & go -live

• Train client HR teams and create SOPs

â You're a fit if you have:

• 6 months+ experience in HR Ops, Payroll, or Compliance

• Worked on any HRMS tool as an end -user

• Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, PT

• Good communication skills
