Job Description - Associate Lead - Talent Transformation

Description

•Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding

•Strong knowledge in ED – Pro/ED – Pro & Fac Coding and additional knowledge in Urgent Care (Office Visits) and Observation coding will be an added advantage

•Proficiency in application usage i.e. Codify and Express

•Research and/or gather the data which supports the functions and rules of our products

•Testing coding functionalities and sharing the feedback based on the client requirement

•Maintain and update all supporting functions of the products

•Research need for data changes based on client requirements, billing regulations, industry changes and other criteria

•Comply with periodic updates (annual, quarterly, etc.) based on client requirements and/or industry standards

•Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals

•Good written, verbal, listening and presentation skills

•Delivering/Facilitating coding trainings by interacting with stakeholders

•Adhering to policies without any deviations
