Associate Line Feeding

Job Summary: 

The Associate – Line Feeding will be responsible for efficient management of warehouse stores, timely line feeding to production areas, and smooth coordination with internal teams. The role requires hands-on experience in warehouse operations, WMS usage, and material handling. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Manage daily stores operations including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials. 

● Ensure timely and accurate line feeding to production/assembly lines as per schedule. 

● Operate and update Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and material movement. 

● Coordinate with production teams for demand planning and material requirements. 

● Monitor stock levels, highlight shortages, and ensure replenishment. ● Maintain proper documentation for material inward/outward and line feeding transactions. 

● Follow FIFO, safety standards, and warehouse SOPs. 

● Assist in stock audits, cycle counting, and variance resolutions.

● Ensure smooth material flow to avoid line stoppage. 

● Support process improvement initiatives in warehouse and line feeding operations. 

Required Skills & Competencies: 

● Strong understanding of warehouse operations and line feeding processes.

● Hands-on experience with WMS and basic MS Office. 

● Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environments. 

● Knowledge of safety protocols and material handling.
