About the Role

WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Associate Manager – Client Relations to manage client communication, support tender-related activities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of tenders, good drafting skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.


• Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, queries, documentation, and follow-ups.


• Assist in tender identification, preparation, drafting, and submission.


• Review tender documents and understand basic eligibility, technical, and commercial requirements.


• Prepare and organize tender-related documents, proposals, letters, and other correspondence.


• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and documents required for tenders.


• Maintain tender trackers, client databases, and MIS reports using MS Excel.


• Prepare regular reports related to client interactions, tender status, submissions, and follow-ups.


• Ensure timely submission of documents and maintain proper records.


• Support management in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.


• Follow up with clients for updates, clarifications, and opportunities.


• Perform other responsibilities related to client relations and tender coordination as assigned.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Tendering & Tender Processes.


• Knowledge of Tender Drafting and Proposal Preparation.


• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Good written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


• Good attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

• MBA / B.Tech / B.Sc. or equivalent qualification.


• Candidates with relevant experience in client relations, tendering, business development, or proposal management will be preferred.
