Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our SAP Planning - Delivery department as an Associate Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and support of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions, with a specific focus on Response & Supply Planning. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring efficient response planning.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, specifically for Response & Supply Planning.
Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the successful adoption of SAP IBP within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP configurations.
Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of supply orders, working closely with the supply chain team.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Provide functional support and guidance to the SAP IBP team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain management, and drive innovation within the team.
Document and maintain comprehensive records of SAP IBP configurations and processes.
Conduct regular training sessions to educate users on SAP IBP functionalities and best practices.
Act as a key point of contact for any SAP IBP-related queries or issues, providing timely resolutions.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation, with a strong focus on Response & Supply Planning.
Proven track record of leading successful SAP IBP projects and delivering tangible business results.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Proficiency in SAP IBP tools and technologies, including configuration and customization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SAP IBP solutions.
