About Inizio Ignite

Inizio Ignite is the global advisory partner for health and life sciences, bringing together Research Partnership, Putnam, Vynamic, and STEM to deliver strategy, insights, and transformation that create lasting impact for patients.

Role Overview

The Staffing Execution Lead – India plays a critical dual role:

  • Driving day-to-day staffing execution across all Ignite Advisory businesses using the India-based consultant pool, and

  • Building and evolving the staffing infrastructure, processes, and operating model to support a rapidly scaling global delivery hub.

  • This role serves as the central coordination point for India-based talent deployment, partnering closely with global Staffing Leads, business leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to balance client demand, consultant development, and utilization goals.

  • As a net-new and high-impact role, this individual will bring a builder mindset, helping define scalable staffing processes, systems, and governance while ensuring alignment with global staffing practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Staffing Execution & Talent Deployment (Core Priority)

  • Own end-to-end staffing for India-based consultants across Ignite Advisory, aligning talent to project demand.

  • Partner with global Staffing Leads and business leadership to balance demand, resolve staffing needs, and optimize utilization.

  • Act as the primary liaison between India talent supply and global demand, ensuring visibility into skills, availability, and development goals.

  • Lead staffing discussions with consultants to understand preferences, skills, and career aspirations, enabling informed placements.

  • Proactively manage capacity, pipeline risks, and staffing conflicts; escalate issues and recommend solutions.

  • Own and continuously improve unstaffed and new hire staffing processes, ensuring strong onboarding and deployment experiences.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date skills, experience, and availability data within staffing systems.

  1. Global Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with US/UK Staffing Leads to enable seamless global staffing and cross-region resourcing.

  • Partner with India-based business leaders to validate demand, improve visibility of talent capabilities, and enhance decision-making.

  • Work closely with BD, finance, and opportunity leads to ensure pipeline accuracy and staffing alignment.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on staffing insights, risks, and trade-offs.

  • Drive consistency, transparency, and best practice sharing across staffing teams globally.

  1. Staffing Infrastructure Build & Process Design (Critical Focus)

  • Define, build, and implement the India staffing operating model, including processes, governance, and ways of working.

  • Lead the design and evolution of staffing workflows, tools, and systems to ensure scalability.

  • Establish and uphold data standards, reporting frameworks, and system hygiene to enable effective decision-making.

  • Support the development and adoption of centralized staffing platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with global infrastructure.

  • Continuously assess and enhance staffing capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

  1. Analytics, Insights & Workforce Planning

  • Monitor and report on key staffing metrics (e.g., utilization, capacity, demand pipeline).

  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for workforce planning and talent deployment.

  • Provide input into broader talent strategy, workforce planning, and capability development discussions.

  1. Continuous Improvement & Change Leadership

  • Drive continuous improvement across staffing processes, tools, and operating models.

  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives related to staffing transformation and modernization.

  • Act as a change agent, ensuring adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

  • Bring thought leadership and best practices in staffing operations and capability development.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in staffing, resource management, or workforce planning within consulting or professional services.

  • Proven ability to operate in both execution-heavy and build/transform environments (critical for success in this role).

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across geographies and seniority levels.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and action.

  • Experience with staffing systems, reporting tools, and data governance concepts.

  • Demonstrated project management and process design capabilities, including building new capabilities from the ground up.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale operations in a fast-growing, global environment.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Passion for talent, staffing, and enabling high-performing teams.
