Associate Manager - Supply

Position Title: Network Expansion Specialist.

Location: Bangalore.

Role Type: Individual Contributor and Field -based.

Role Overview:  

The Network Expansion Specialist is responsible for owning the expansion and performance of the healthcare provider network across assigned regions. The role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic partners while strengthening network density, improving cost efficiency, and ensuring consistent adherence to service -level agreements (SLAs). 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Expand provider network across priority micro -geographies  
  
• Identify and close coverage gaps in high -demand locations  
  
• Conduct regular partner performance and business reviews  
  
• Ensure 100% appointment confirmation and SLA compliance  
  
• Negotiate commercial terms and optimize costs  
  
• Expand network presence in Tier 2 / Tier 3 locations  
  
• Build strong, long -term partner relationships  
  

Success Metrics (KPIs):  

• Network Expansion: 20–30% growth in active providers per region  
  
• Coverage Density: Improved provider -to -demand ratio in priority micro -markets  
  
• Cost Optimization: 10–15% reduction in average partner rates  
  
• Appointment Confirmation: â‰¥ 98–100% confirmation rate  
  
• TAT Compliance: â‰¥ 95% adherence to defined report and service SLAs  
  
• Partner Performance: â‰¥ 90% partners meeting performance benchmarks  
  
• Partner Satisfaction: Reduced escalations and improved partner engagement scores
  

• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen

Requirements:

• 1+ years in healthcare operations, network, supply, or partnerships 
  
• Healthcare marketplace/network experience preferred 
  
• Field -based role with high autonomy 
  
• ​Individual contributor with end -to -end regional ownership
