? Role Overview

We are hiring a Workday Time & Absence Techno -Functional Analyst (HRIS) who will design, configure, and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions. This role bridges HR, Payroll, and Technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant HR systems.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with HR & Payroll teams
  
• Configure Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules
  
• Design leave plans, accruals, eligibility & time rules
  
• Support testing (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution
  
• Handle production support and issue troubleshooting
  
• Build reports and audits for HR/Payroll teams
  
• Support integrations with Payroll and third -party systems
  

✅ Must -Have Skills

• 5+ years of Workday HRIS experience
  
• Strong expertise in Time Tracking & Absence modules
  
• Hands -on Workday configuration experience
  
• Understanding of HR, Payroll & HRIS processes
  
• Experience in Workday reporting and business processes
  

➕ Good to Have

• Workday Certification (Time/Absence)
  
• Experience with EIBs / Workday Studio / Core Connectors
  
• Experience in Workday implementation projects
