Associate Motion Graphics and Video Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development:
   
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  
• Develop creative concepts and visual styles for video and motion graphics projects.
  
• Create storyboards, scripts, and visual guidelines.
  
2. Project Management:
   
• Plan and manage video production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  
• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary resources and information.
  
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
  
3. Team Leadership:
   
• Lead and mentor a team of videographers, animators, and editors.
  
• Provide guidance and feedback to ensure the team’s work meets quality standards.
  
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  
4. Production Oversight:
   
• Direct on-location and studio video shoots, including setting up lighting, camera angles, and sound.
  
• Oversee the post-production process, including editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
  
• Ensure all video content is consistent with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
  
5. Technical Expertise:
   
• Utilize advanced video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
  
6. Quality Control:
   
• Review and approve final video and motion graphics deliverables.
  
• Ensure all content meets the company’s quality standards and technical specifications.
  
• Implement feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions.
  
7. Collaboration and Communication:
   
• Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align video projects with broader marketing strategies.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and gather feedback.
  
• Present concepts and final products to stakeholders for approval.
  

Requirements

1. A Bachelors'/ Masters'/ Specialized course in Design (e.g., graphics, visual communications)
   
2. Technical proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) - the more the merrier
   
3. A high degree of understanding of people, brands and the market
   
4. Tact, people-skills, instinctiveness, intuitiveness
   
5. 6+ years of experience in the same/ similar role
