Job Description - Associate Motor Claims

Previous experience in any international voice process, preferably English speaking (UK, Ireland, etc.).
Understanding of motor insurance policies and coverage, with experience in motor claims handling. Experience in subrogated recovery or any similar collection processes will be an added benefit.
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Excellent command (both verbal and written) of the English language.
Ability to assess damage and determine liability; proficiency in evaluating claims and identifying potential fraud.
Thoroughly reviewing and documenting claim details; ensuring accuracy in all claim-related documentation and calculations.
Clear and empathetic communication with claimants; negotiation skills for dealing with third parties, such as repair shops and other insurers.
