Ownership Transfer Specialist

Our Ownership Transfer Specialist plays a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless and hassle-free ownership transfer experience. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this role involves interacting with customers through calls, emails, and chats to provide timely support and resolution.

What will you be doing?

Connect with customers who raise requests for device ownership transfer
Understand the customer’s journey and gather relevant details regarding the request
Deliver a “wow” customer experience by ensuring requests are resolved within the defined TAT
Identify opportunities and suggest strategies to reduce Ownership Transfer TAT based on customer feedback and journey insights
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s current promotions, policies, and processes to consistently meet or exceed goals
