As an Associate in Payroll Accounting, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Finance practice, focusing on managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to projects, adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics. Responsibilities
- Managing financial records and conducting data analysis to support compliance with accounting standards
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports
- Engaging in financial budgeting and forecasting to aid strategic decision-making
- Supporting the reconciliation of accounts and maintenance of the general ledger
- Collaborating with team members to address financial transactions and reporting needs
- Applying accounting policies and practices to enhance financial accuracy and transparency
- Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to identify financial patterns and insights
- Participating in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Contributing to the management of stakeholder expectations and financial advisory services
- Utilizing financial accounting skills to optimize financial performance and risk management
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
- Utilizing skills in Financial Statement Analysis and Preparation
- Engaging in General Ledger Accounting and Maintenance
- Applying knowledge of Financial Budgeting and Forecasting
- Excelling in Accounting Advisory and Financial Record Keeping
