Associate Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who has hands-on experience in SEO, website optimization, and conversion funnel improvement. You will own product initiatives aimed at increasing organic traffic, improving user experience, and optimizing the customer journey from landing page to purchase.

The ideal candidate understands both search engines and customer behavior, using data to identify opportunities, prioritize improvements, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver impactful features.

Key Responsibilities

●     Own and improve key website funnels, including Homepage, PLP, PDP, Search, Cart, and Checkout.

●     Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and customer experience.

●     Drive SEO initiatives across technical SEO, on-page optimization, site architecture, and content recommendations.

●     Work closely with engineering to implement SEO best practices, including indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and site performance.

●     Analyze user behavior using GA4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools.

●     Define product requirements and write detailed PRDs for new features and enhancements.

●     Prioritize product backlog based on business impact and customer insights.

●     Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to optimize conversion funnels.

●     Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, and Content teams to execute product initiatives.

●     Monitor key business metrics and continuously identify opportunities for growth.

Required Skills

●     2-4 years of Product Management or Digital Product experience.

●     Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO and on-page optimization.

●     Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

●     Experience analyzing conversion funnels and customer journeys.

●     Ability to write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

●     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●     Experience working with cross-functional teams.

●     Good understanding of Agile product development.

Preferred Skills

●     Experience in D2C or e-commerce products.

●     Familiarity with Shopify, Next.js, or modern web platforms.

●     Experience with Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.

●     Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.

●     Knowledge of schema markup, canonicalization, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and crawl optimization.

●     Experience running A/B tests using tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms.

●     Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaborating with developers.

●     Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve product workflows and documentation.
