We are looking for an Associate Consulting & Implementation Specialist who brings together hands-on platform expertise, project execution capability, and a strong customer-first mindset. This role is focused on delivering value through expert configuration, consulting on best practices, and executing admin-level tasks for our customers within the context of their GTM ecosystem.
This is a hybrid role encompassing platform consulting, project ownership, and execution - from design to deployment.

- Serve as the key advisor to the customer on how to best utilize the Mindtickle platform.
- Offer guidance based on a deep understanding of customer’s architecture and business needs.
- Recommend mindtickle features, capabilities, and usage patterns based on proven best practices.
- Project Management
- Own and drive specific projects identified in collaboration with the customer and mindtickle teams.
- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables, and manage execution end-to-end.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely completion and business alignment.
- Hands-on Administration & Execution
- Execute tasks such as user setup, program structure builds, content uploads, analytics configuration, and module builds.
- Perform quality assurance checks, UAT, and platform troubleshooting as needed.
- Document processes and decisions to support long-term continuity and scalability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Mindtickle teams, including Customer Success, Technical Solutions, CaaS, Managed Services, Product, Support, and Engineering.
- Depending on project needs, act as a central point of coordination between customer and mindtickle teams, ensuring smooth delivery and communication.

- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields).
- Have excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and influence business outcomes.
- Are a detail-oriented, organized professional who can juggle multiple projects and priorities with confidence.
- Excel at problem-solving, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering value through both strategy and execution.
- Are proficient in project planning tools and time management; familiarity with MS Excel and basic HTML is a plus.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and supporting US time zones
- Have experience in Sales, CRM platforms (like Salesforce), or Management Consulting is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in revenue enablement, RevOps, or management consulting roles.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tech tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, change management, or governance frameworks.
- Prior hands-on experience with platforms like Mindtickle, Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad.
