Associate Professor Anatomy

We are looking for an experienced and academically strong Associate Professor of Anatomy to join a reputed medical college and hospital.

The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting practical and theoretical classes, participating in academic activities, and supporting departmental development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lectures, tutorials, demonstrations and practical classes in Anatomy.
  


• Guide and mentor MBBS and postgraduate students.​
  


• Participate in examinations, assessments and academic activities.
  


• Assist in curriculum planning and departmental academic development.
  


• Maintain required academic and departmental records.
  


• Participate in research, publications and conferences.
  


• Contribute to institutional quality and accreditation activities.
  


• Ensure compliance with applicable NMC and university guidelines.
  


• Participate in departmental meetings and other academic responsibilities.
  

Requirements

Eligibility

• MBBS with a postgraduate qualification in Anatomy such as MD/MS/DNB or equivalent, as applicable.
  


• Relevant teaching experience in a recognized medical college.
  


• Experience and eligibility should meet the prevailing NMC/university requirements.
  


• Strong teaching, communication and academic skills.
  


• Candidates with research publications and academic experience will be preferred.
  

Experience: Minimum 3 years as Assistant Professor / as per applicable NMC norms
