Associate Programme Coordinator

IIMBx Digital Learning Foundation is seeking a detail -oriented and proactive Associate – Programme Coordinator to support the smooth execution of digital learning initiatives. This role is crucial for managing learner interactions, coordinating live sessions with internal teams, and ensuring timely follow -up and reporting of program activities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Learner Communication & Support

• Act as the primary contact for learner queries via email and the ticketing system.
  
• Provide prompt and effective support, including weekend support for scheduled sessions when required.
  

2. Stakeholder & Session Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and manage all aspects of live sessions—scheduling, hosting, recording, tracking attendance, and documenting Q&A interactions.
  
• Ensure internal stakeholders are well -informed and prepared.
  

3. Post -Session & Content Follow -up

• Work with the Content and Video Production teams to ensure timely upload and accuracy of session recordings and materials.
  
• Maintain quality control of post -session deliverables.
  

4. Data Reporting

• Collect and organize program -related data in a structured format.
  
• Prepare and share weekly reports with internal stakeholders for tracking and review.
  

5. Course Delivery

• Upload files, check settings, schedule and release courses in open edX LMS
  

6. ERP

• Handle the learner lifecycle management in ERP
  
• Update and maintain the data in ERP
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in academic support, education operations, or program coordination.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
  
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Flexibility to support weekend sessions as needed.
  
• Knowledge about LMS and ERP
