Associate QA

• Perform in -process and final inspection in the
  Fabrication Unit.
  
• Inspect sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, and
  powder coating activities.
  
• Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring
  instruments.
  
• Verify welding / Powder coating quality and surface finish as per
  drawing and quality standards.
  
• Support product validation and testing activities.
  
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
  
• Identify non -conformities and coordinate for corrective
  actions.
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
  
• Experience in welding inspection and powder coating
  quality checks.
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  
• Knowledge of basic quality tools and inspection
  procedures.
  
• Good observation and reporting skills.
  
• Effective communication and
  cross -functional coordination abilities.
  
• Knowledge of NDT testing methods preferred​.
