We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Reconciliation Representative I to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for assisting in the data analysis of reconciliations. Participates in identifying trends, providing root cause analysis and execution on recommendations. Shadows more senior staff in conducting technical testing and the implementation of reconciliation software. Assists in the creation of new technology communication, documentation and business case creation. With guidance from senior staff, responsible for the root cause analysis of reconciliation breaks. Assists in the creation of the data analysis conclusions, recommendations and updates to initiatives to senior staff. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Any Graduate or Post-graduate 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and technical background Must have worked on MS Excel At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
