Description

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to support asset performance optimization through RAM analysis, FMEA, and RCM studies. The role spans multiple sectors of the power industry, including thermal generation, renewables, and transmission infrastructure.



Responsibilities
  • Perform Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) modelling and analysis.
  • Lead FMEA and RCM workshops with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop reliability strategies and maintenance optimization plans.
  • Support digital reliability initiatives and data-driven insights.
  • Prepare technical reports and client presentations.
  • Engage in capability building and mentoring junior staff.


Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related).
  • Proven experience in RAM, FMEA, and RCM methodologies.
  • Proficiency in reliability tools/software (e.g., Isograph, Reliasoft).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in global teams.
