Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate candidate to join our Digital ERP CoE team. This role is the

Associate for S4 HANA CFIN MDG. The key responsibilities for SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and

Master Data Governance (MDG) will involve ensuring support, integration, and governance of

financial and master data across the enterprise to support accurate reporting, decision-making,

and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Integration & Configuration:

Support configuration and integration of SAP CFIN and MDG for real-time financial

replication and centralized master data management.

2. Master Data Management:

Design and enforce data governance frameworks to maintain consistent, accurate, and

compliant master financial data.

3. Issue Resolution & Support:

Provide both technical and functional support for SAP CFIN and MDG processes;

troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

4. Process Optimization:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and close process gaps while aligning

data workflows with strategic goals.

5. Documentation & Training:

Create and maintain functional specifications, documentation, and deliver user training

to promote smooth adoption of SAP solutions.

Required Experience and Qualification:

24 years of experience in IT or finance-related fields with exposure to SAP CFIN and

MDG.

At least 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP-CFIN MDG project implementation or

support.

Proficient in S4/HANA CFIN and MDG modules.

Strong results-driven mindset and team success orientation.

Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in multicultural and global team environments.

Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within consultancy.

Agile development mindset and strong customer focus.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting,

Commerce, or a related field is preferred
