Job Description - Associate Sales Executive

Job Title: Associate Sales Executive 
Location: Onsite
Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Education preferred
Work Schedule: Full Time


We’re hiring an Associate Sales Executive for one of our clients which is an innovative AI -powered personalized and adaptive learning education platform.


As the Associate Sales Executive, your responsibilities would be:
  • Driving B2B institutional sales by pitching a innovation EdTech tool to Universities, Colleges, and Higher Education Institutes.
  • Building high -level relationships with key academic decision -makers, including Vice Chancellors, Deans, and HODs.
  • Managing the end -to -end sales cycle, from lead generation and product demos to final negotiations and closure.
  • Leveraging existing networks within the academic sector to generate qualified leads and achieve revenue targets.
  • Representing the brand at education conferences and seminars to gain market insights and competitor analysis.


Requirements

  • Proven EdTech/LMS sales experience, specifically selling platforms like Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard to higher education.
  • Established network within universities and colleges, with a deep understanding of academic procurement and RFP cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering technical solution walkthroughs to stakeholders.
  • Tech -savvy and data -oriented, with proficiency in CRM tools and a background in selling AI -based or digital learning solutions.
  • Results -driven and independent, able to manage sales pipelines and forecasts effectively while aligning with leadership.
