Job Description - Associate/ Senior Associate (Catalyst -CBSE)


Job Title: Associate/ Senior Associate (Catalyst - CBSE) 
Location: Delhi (Dwarka Sector 23 & Greater Kailash II) 

Travel:  As per project requirements within the state

Position Overview: 

The Associate/ Senior Associate - CBSE will play a key role in
strengthening Skill Education implementation in CBSE -affiliated private schools
by building and managing strategic partnerships. The role involves close
coordination with officials, school leaders, and internal programme teams to
support effective rollout of Skill Education and Kaushal Bodh initiatives in
alignment with NEP 2020 and NCF -SE -2023.  

This role demands strong communication,
stakeholder management, coordination, and data management skills, along with a
deep commitment to work with government officials and private schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development & Management

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with
    CBSE -affiliated private schools for implementation of Skill Education
    programs.

  • Act as a key point of contact for partner schools, ensuring
    smooth communication and collaboration.

  • Support onboarding of new partner schools and facilitate
    long -term engagement.

Program Implementation Support

  • Coordinate with schools to support implementation of Skill
    Education / Kaushal Bodh as per CBSE guidelines.

  • Work closely with training, and operations teams to ensure
    timely execution of projects.

  • Support planning and coordination of Capacity Building
    Programmes (CBPs), school visits, exposure visits, and other
    partnership -led initiatives.

  • Undertake frequent field visits to schools to assess the
    quality of on -ground implementation and provide support. 

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with school leaders (Principals, Vice -Principals),
    teachers, and other stakeholders as required.

  • Support communication related to notifications, letters,
    reports, and programme documentation in coordination with CBSE and
    internal teams.

  • Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
  • Track partnership progress, school engagement, and programme
    milestones.

  • Collect, compile, and analyse data from partner schools for
    reporting purposes.

  • Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and documentation
    for internal review and external stakeholders.

Advocacy & Outreach

  • Support advocacy efforts for Skill Education among schools
    and education stakeholders.

  • Represent Lend A Hand India at school events and exposure
    visits of Principals as required.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s
    degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Management, or
    a related field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage)

  • 1 -3
    years of relevant work experience

  • Experience
    working with schools, NGOs, or skilling/education programs is highly
    desirable.

  • Familiarity
    with CBSE, NEP 2020, Skill education, or school systems will be an added
    advantage.

  • Proficiency
    in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva) and report writing.

  • Excellent
    documentation, reporting, and analytical abilities.

  • Strong
    coordination and communication skills for working with senior government
    officials and school leaders.

    relationship -building, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proactive,
    detail -oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast -paced environment.

  • Ability
    to work independently while collaborating across teams.
