Associate Software Engineer

Education: Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics  or any other equivalent degree.

Experience: 0-1 Yrs, Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates from college, Training Institute or finishing schools

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications.

• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and contribute to coding tasks.

• Debug and troubleshoot software defects.

• Learn and apply coding best practices and development methodologies.

• Participate in code reviews and documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Basic programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++)

• Understanding of software development concepts

• Problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to solve  problems, either through coursework, personal projects, or coding competitions.

• Ability to work with a diverse cross functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Any relevant internships, co-op experiences, or personal software projects.

• Knowledge of web development SDLC frameworks

• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL)

• Familiarity with software testing principles

• Interest in application support or testing methodologies.
