Required Qualifications
This role requires basic experience in the Quality & Product Surveillance. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (GED with at least 2 years of experience in Relevant experience complaint handling.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Complaint handling
Desired Characteristics
Ultrasound Product Knowledge ( Voulson, Vivid, Logiq, Ultrasound probes, etc )
Knowledge on tools like excel, BI, etc.
Hospital Workflow Knowledge
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
