Associate - Strategy and Operations

• Work on strategic &/or operational initiatives identified from time to time.
  
• Conduct research and analysis, as required for new initiatives, market trends, and potential opportunities.
  
• Help setup systems resulting from strategic initiatives, example to track quarterly, and annual targets as identified from time to time, related to revenue, operational efficiencies etc.
  
• Coordinate with internal team members and stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of initiatives/projects, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. These projects will have organization wise impact.
  
• Develop and maintain plans to monitor progress, schedules, and track the work streams to closure
  
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or master's degree from premier B School &/or Engineering College
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  
• Professional, positive, collegial demeanour; collaborative relationship builder
  
• Ability to structure situations, good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
