Associate - Tax Technology

Manage the support ticket system, including mailbox management and Service Now. Participate in daily stand-ups to review issues, bugs, and upcoming features with development support teams. Ensure that user data handled during support interactions is treated with the utmost privacy and in compliance with company policies. 2 - 4 years of experience in tax, compliance, or tax technology Strong understanding of direct taxes (e.g., ITR filing, TDS) Familiarity with tax workflows, compliance processes & statutory obligations Solid skills in MS Excel (advanced formulas/functions) Exposure to Power BI for data visualization and automation Ability to build logic-driven solutions for tax data handling and compliance Preferred - Experience in a tax technology or consulting environment
