Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Technical Writer who will work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in technical writing within a SaaS/product environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Development

• Create user guides, how-to guides, FAQs, and release notes
  

• Ensure accuracy and clarity in all documentation
  

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
  

• Gather inputs from SMEs to ensure content quality
  

3. Content Validation & Quality

• Test documentation against product features
  

• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding
  

4. Documentation Management

• Update and publish content aligned with release cycles
  

• Maintain documentation portals
  

5. Technical Content Support

• Assist with API documentation and technical references
  

• Contribute to LMS/video scripts for product tutorials
  

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in technical writing (preferably SaaS/products)
  

• Strong writing skills with clarity and accuracy
  

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI (preferred)
  

• Ability to understand product functionality from a user perspective
  

• Good communication and collaboration skills
  

• Familiarity with tools like GitBook or similar platforms (plus)
  

• Exposure to ITSM / AIOps / IT infrastructure (good to have)
  

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering / related field
  

Other Details:

• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
  

• Work From Office – 5 Days (Bangalore)
