Ensure implementation of sales plan and achievement of targets as per set objectives in territory assigned.
Ensures coverage as per defined Beat Plan and calls as per defined Sales Call Process and execution of Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly initiatives in consensus with the manager
Manage Alcon’s relationship with assigned customers end to end for meeting Monthly Sales Targets & Business Plan Agreement Targets and take appropriate action to drive consistent growth
Manage & deploy all Sales Inputs (Trials, Collaterals, POSM etc.) as per instructions
Propose and work with relevant stakeholders (Manager, Professional Affairs, Marketing etc.) for promotional programs
Efficient execution of Sales & Marketing programs and analyzing that these effectively contribute to sales numbers for assigned territories.
Gather competitor’s info (promotions, launches, organization changes, etc).
Coordinate with RDS / supply network for smooth functioning on timely supply / exchange / return requirements and report on any deviations from agreed norms.
Facilitating any consumer concerns, damaged products return etc.in liaison with manager
Provide market/sales feedback and complete all necessary reports within the stipulated time frame
Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative).
Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs by self and team.

Minimum Graduate (Optometry preferred); MBA / Marketing Diploma optional
English (Essential), Hindi, Local Language
For Non-Optometry Graduates - Minimum 2-3 year frontline sales experience in an organized FMCG / Telecom / Consumer Goods / Paints & Chemicals / OTC Pharma / Eyewear company
For Optometry Graduates – Minimum 6-12 months of professional experience, preferably (but not compulsorily) in Field Sales / Retail Sales
