What you’ll bring
Responsible for managing customer support by providing high quality customer support experience
Understanding customer issues and making product better for our customers
Responsible for managing product requirements by interacting with partners and customers
Engaging with partners and customers to understand their requirements
Creating Requirement specifications for new requirements
Working with partners and defining release scope and timeline
Working with Engineering team to discuss customer requirements through Requirement specification
Performing the User Acceptance test to ensure that the developed feature is meeting customer requirement
Providing support for product post release
Provide product features and troubleshooting training to partners and customers
Track the release cycle and release the deliverable to partners
Managing the Customer support team for each deliverable and ensure customer issues are resolved on time
Managing Product Management team and making sure that deliverables are on time and highlight risks associated with any deliverable
