Job Description - Associate_Centre of Excellence

Role: AI Implementation & Digital Transformation

We are seeking a high-ownership professional to drive AI implementation and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

This role requires a strong blend of structured thinking, execution capability, and business understanding. You will work with multiple departments to identify improvement opportunities, convert them into actionable initiatives, and drive implementation with clear visibility and measurable impact.

This is not a purely technical role. It is a strategic execution role requiring independent thinking and problem-solving ability.

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with cross-functional teams to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities

Translate business challenges into structured AI/data-driven initiatives

Support feasibility analysis and structured execution planning

Drive implementation of transformation initiatives with clear timelines and stakeholder alignment

Track progress, risks, and outcomes with structured reporting

Ensure initiatives are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable impact

Represent the function in cross-department meetings when required

Qualification & Work Experience:

2-4 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Program Management, Analytics, Consulting, or similar roles

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills

Working understanding of AI and data analytics concepts

Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured execution plans

Strong documentation and communication skills

Comfortable working across functions and managing multiple priorities

Technical Skills:

High ownership mindset

Structured and analytical thinker

Brings solutions, not just problems

Comfortable challenging ideas constructively

Detail-oriented and disciplined in execution

Ability to work in evolving and dynamic environments
