Job Description - Associate-Communities & Livelihood

Associates will deliver defined tasks on client assignments typically focused on the technical support to clients and delivered across various themes. The primary focus of the role is to contribute to the delivery of outstanding quality work on assignments within the approaches and frameworks set out by MSC and to seek guidance if unsure.

Associates will build their knowledge and expertise in core areas of MSCs client delivery work.

Ability to deliver specified tasks under supervision
Ability to build strong relationships
Good spoken and written English
Proficient in MS office suits
A strong field orientation and proven interpersonal skills
Good listening skills

MBA/PGDM degree from
a reputable Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA college in India.
