Job Description - Associate/Senior Associate

Pre -Sales Preparation

  • Support product demonstration setups and continuously enhance them in line with platform developments.
  • Build in -depth expertise in allocated product/solution areas to strengthen sales efforts.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends through proactive research and ongoing knowledge updates.

Demand Generation

  • Develop compelling sales campaigns and outreach strategies to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Manage the internal CRM system to track, update, and report on various sales opportunities.

Designing Solution Offerings

  • Coordinate with cross -functional stakeholders and internal teams to gather required inputs for creating solution offerings.
  • Craft relevant and impactful sales pitches that support overall sales initiatives.
  • Contribute to value proposition development, product/service positioning, and identification of change‑management considerations for each sale.

Sales Pitch Execution

  • Manage the complete bidding process, including responding to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external design teams to create compelling visual representations and pitch collaterals.
  • Ensure successful delivery and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
  • Deliver and support product demonstrations for prospects and clients.

Risk & Marketing Support

  • Work closely with the risk team to manage and support vendor due‑diligence processes.
  • Synthesize insights from various sales pitches to inform and support marketing strategy.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing collaterals for the assigned areas and pitch themes.

  • Communication Excellence

    • Outstanding oral communication and impeccable written communication skills.
  • Presentation & Visualization Skills

    • Strong ability to build sophisticated PowerPoint presentations.
    • Sharp visual sense to represent concepts and ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Self‑Driven and Growth‑Oriented

    • Proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with sales and marketing to drive growth initiatives.
  • International Client Exposure

    • Experience working with European and US clients is highly valued.
  • Detail‑Oriented & Research‑Focused

    • Strong attention to detail combined with a research -oriented approach to sales.
  • Collaboration & Interpersonal Skills

    • Stellar teamwork, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.
    • Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment.
  • Pre‑Sales / Business Analysis Background

    • Experience in pre‑sales or business analysis within a B2B setup, preferably in financial services or technology.
    • Or a strong desire to build a career in this domain.
  • Pitch & Presentation Expertise

    • Proven ability to develop effective, persuasive presentations and sales pitches.
  • Commercial Acumen

    • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and commercial dynamics.
  • Independent working style

    • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment.
  • Educational Requirements

    • MBA from a top institution, with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
  • Industry Experience (Preferred)

    • Prior exposure to BFSI, capital markets, alternative investments, or private markets is highly valued.
