Job Description - Asst Facility Manager

We Uniservice, a leading technology based facility management company, looking for a young, dynamic, result oriented professional for Assistant Facility Manager role. * Daily operations of the residential facility

* Managing housekeeping, security & technical teams

* Vendor coordination & AMC management

* Handling resident queries and service requests

* Monitoring DG, STP, WTP, lifts, fire systems & common area assets

* Preparing reports, checklists & ensuring compliance

* Ensuring smooth maintenance and community upkeep.

Requirements

Qualifications:

BE/B -Tech in EEE or MBA.
Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
