Job Title: Junior Business Finance Partner

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail -oriented Junior Business Finance
Partner to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will support business
units with financial insights, performance tracking, and decision support. You will work
closely with delivery, sales, and operations teams to drive financial discipline and value
creation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
ï· Act as a finance point -of -contact for designated business units, supporting
performance reviews and driving financial accountability
ï· Support the preparation and analysis of monthly/quarterly management reports
including revenue, margins, utilization, and cost trends
ï· Partner with delivery and sales teams to track financial metrics for ongoing
projects (T&M, fixed price, or monthly recurring)
ï· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis at BU/account/project
levels
ï· Identify cost optimization opportunities and provide actionable insights to
business stakeholders
ï· Support pricing and deal reviews in coordination with senior finance leadership
ï· Help develop dashboards and KPI trackers using Excel, Power BI, or other
internal tools
ï· Contribute to internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company
policies
ï· Liaise with shared service teams (AR/AP/Controllership) to resolve issues
impacting business unit P&L
ï· Prepare materials for internal business reviews and leadership meetings
Requirements
Required Qualifications
ï· Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institute
ï· 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT/ITeS industry
ï· Big 4 experience or similar consulting exposure will be an added advantage
ï· Strong understanding of P&L management, project financials, and commercial
constructs in IT services
ï· Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI or other
analytics tools are a plus
ï· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
ï· High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple
priorities

ï· Demonstrated ability to work in cross -functional teams and fast -paced
environments
ï· Inclination towards automation and improving financial processes through tools
