Responsibilities:
Order
Processing & Execution: Oversee the complete order lifecycle for
international markets, from order placement through dispatch and delivery.
Logistics
& Carrier Management:
· Coordinate with freight
forwarders, customs department, and other logistics partners to ensure on -time
and cost -effective delivery.
· Monitor
transit performance and resolve shipment -related issues proactively.
Packaging
Optimization
· Define
and implement packaging standards to ensure product safety and compliance.
· Optimize
packaging and container utilization to improve loadability and reduce logistics
costs.
Invoicing
& Export Documentation
· Prepare
and review export invoices and shipping documentation in line with
international trade regulations.
· Ensure
completeness and accuracy of documents to avoid delays or penalties.
Cross -Functional
Coordination
· Collaborate
closely with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to align order
priorities, shipment schedules, and billing processes.
· Act
as the central point of coordination for international order execution.
Process
Development & Implementation
· Develop,
document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for international
operations.
· Drive
continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and
scalability.
Performance
Metrics & Reporting
· Define,
track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to speed,
accuracy, cost, and service levels.
· Prepare
regular performance reports and recommend corrective actions.
External
Stakeholder Management
· Manage
relationships with channel partners, distributors, and logistics service
providers.
· Ensure
alignment on service expectations, performance standards, and compliance
requirements.
Digitization
& Automation
· Lead
initiatives to digitize and automate operational processes to improve
visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
· Support
implementation of ERP, logistics, or order management systems as required.
à Strong understanding of international logistics and export
operations
à Knowledge of export documentation and trade compliance
à Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
à Process -oriented mindset with experience in SOP development
à Data -driven approach to performance management
à ERP systems for order management, invoicing,
and documentation
à Logistics and shipment tracking platforms for
carrier coordination and delivery visibility.
à Documentation and compliance tools for export
processes.
à Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (reports,
trackers, KPI dashboards)
