Job Title: Asst. Manager Sales – Real Estate

Reporting to: Manager Sales – Real Estate

Assistant Manager Sales for plotted developments (land plots in residential enclave) oversees site
sales, lead conversion, and compliance. This role emphasizes on -site lead management, client
engagement, plot -specific negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end -to -end sales cycle for plotted land, including lead generation, site visits, plot
allotment, and booking documentation to achieve monthly targets.
Strong understanding of CRM technology
Conduct market analysis on plot pricing, competitor layouts, and local demand trends;
negotiate terms like payment plans and plot sizes
Handle client queries on plot amenities, approvals, and legal aspects.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's in Business, Real Estate, or Marketing; 3 -5 years in plotted sales or land
development, preferably in Karnataka.
Familiarity with plot registration processes, and CRM tools for tracking plot inventory.

Essential Skills

Expertise in on -site sales techniques, plot visualization tools, and digital marketing for plot
promotions.
Strong negotiation, relationship -building, and analytical skills for competitive plotted markets.
Proficiency in MS Excel for sales reports and local language communication.
Language – English and Kannada is a must
