Asst Manager: Trade Expansion (Marketing)

JAT Global (Pvt) Ltd, India is a subsidiary of JAT Holdings (Pvt) Ltd; a Sri Lankan conglomerate offering products for wood, surface and construction needs

Identify, meet, greet, entertain, do presentations and follow-up partnerships with distributors, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), builders, architects, contractors, interior decorators, etc. [CLIENTs]

To maintain and improve relationship with the client and to ensure afulfilling, long-term partnership with them through appropriate marketing operations

To be responsible for meeting the client conversion targets for the zone/ territory

Negotiate large contracts in coordination with Sales

Plan, direct and monitor activities of Trade Expansion and Business Development departments

Plan and direct market survey and evaluate the said markets

Develop promotional materials like canopies, banners, hoardings, etc. and co-ordinate marketing campaigns with promotions and sales teams

Handles each project by each client on a case by case basis.

Provides complete support and supervision for each project.

See to it that the project is closed in a timely and cost-effective manner

To perform any duty that comes as an exigency to the current profile.

Skills:

The person should have hands on experience in marketing role

Be a team player who can work with minimum supervision and be able to interact well with different departments.

Presentable and smart.

Meticulous, responsible and ability to multi-task.

An effective communicator with good command over the English language.

Knowledge of MS Office

Preferably female candidates

Previous Work Experience:Mid-level to senior level associates (4-8 years) for managers and entry to mid-level for officers (2-4 years)

Educational Qualifications: Basic degree or diploma

Industry:Any industry

Salary Offered: Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month; subject to negotiation for Managers and Rs. 15,000 to 25,000/- per month; subject to negotiation for Officers

Working Hours and Work Timings: Mon-Fri, 8.30 am- 5.30 pm. Saturday: 8.30 am- 1.30 pm
