Asst. Production Manager

1.Support of Production Planning & Management:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines
for client orders.

 Optimize resource
allocation, ensuring timely delivery of high -quality products.

 Maintain strict
quality control standards throughout the production process.

 Monitor each stage,
ensuring flawless craftsmanship and adherence to design specifications.

3. Vendor & Team Management:

 Manage and coordinate
with artisans, craftsmen, and external vendors for raw materials, settings, and
polki sourcing.

 Lead and mentor a team
of production staff, enhancing productivity and skills.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Jewelry Manufacturing,
Production Management, or a related field.

2. Expertise in polki and gold jewelry production processes.

3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

4. Excellent organizational and problem -solving skills.
