Academic Responsibilities:

• Class Tutor/ Subject Tutor
  


• Collection of course files from subject tutors.
  


• Provide assistance to HOD for the conduct of university examinations.
  


• Preparation of result analysis semester wise.
  


• Assistance to admission related activities.
  


• Update academic files semester wise in coordination with subject tutors.
  


• Review of Students Punctuality on a day to day basis.
  


• Preparation of Interim progress review sheet.
  


• Updation of students’ progress files.
  


• Timely update of academic activities to HOD.
  


• University Exam Paper Evaluation.
  


• Faculty presence & timing during working hours of 10^th batch
  


• Collect APC(monthly and final), internal assessment mark etc at semester basis and forward to university
  


• Student performance appraisals, communication to parents, PTA meeting coordination of 10^th batch.
  


• Assisting the conduction of class committee meetings
  

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to Principal, HODs & Tutors.
  


• Assistance to submit application for continuation of COA approvals
  


• Assistance to submit application for continuation of affiliation in university
  


• Preparation of faculty list for Inspection, Paper valuation etc.
  


• Issue of ID Cards & Update of Students Register of 10^th Batch.
  


• Merit & Management Candidates PaperWork & Admission Process.
  


• Preparation of documents for COA enrolment data, ASC Approval.
  


• Correspondence with University of Calicut thorough mail and post- after discussion with Principal or Registrar.
  


• Issue of hall tickets to students.
  


• Assistance to Coordinate & Conduct PTMA Meeting
  


• Be a mentor for students to coordinate in all activities including fee collection and related issues
  


• Co-ordinate in all activities related to admission of students and later steps to fill the number of seats.
