Asst. Sales Support

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other departments for smooth communication.
  
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and marketing documents.
  
• Track and follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and project requirements.
  
• Maintain and update customer, dealer, and project databases.
  
• Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and suppliers for marketing materials.
  
• Prepare sales and marketing reports, MIS, and data analysis.
  
• Handle sample requests, product information, and marketing collateral distribution.
  
• Monitor lead generation activities and maintain records.
  
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, events, dealer meets, and product launches.
  
• Ensure timely coordination between field staff, customers, and the corporate office.
  
• Perform administrative and documentation tasks related to marketing operations.
  
• Follow up on pending approvals, dispatches, and customer requirements.
  
• Support digital marketing activities and social media coordination, if required.
  
• Handle any other marketing coordination activities assigned by management.
