Asst/Brand Manager

Brand & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, retail, and BTL channels
  

• Ensure consistent, witty, and differentiated brand storytelling across all touchpoints
  

• Translate brand strategy into clear, executable plans
  

Brand -Led Growth

• Manage and optimize performance marketing budgets
  

• Track and analyse ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics
  

• Use insights to refine campaigns and improve efficiency
  

Retail & Consumer Experience

• Drive initiatives that increase retail footfall and in -store engagement.
  

• Lead new product launches and on -ground brand activations.
  

• Work closely with retail teams to elevate customer experience.
  

Influencer & Partner Ecosystem

• Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and media partners
  

• Execute influencer campaigns with a focus on both brand and performance outcomes
  

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with in -house creative, digital, and retail teams
  

• Coordinate agencies and external partners when required
  

• Own timelines, execution quality, and delivery
  
   

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing or retail marketing
  

• Background in luxury, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or FMCG preferred
  

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and retail activations
  

• Proven ability to balance creative thinking with data -backed decision -making
  

• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills
  

• Comfortable working in a high -ownership, fast -paced, founder -led environment
  

Mandatory Traits (Non -negotiables )

• Willingness to relocate to Calicut, Kerala
  

• Prior experience with national or metro -market brands
  

• Demonstrated ownership mindset (not execution -only roles)
  

• Ability to work on -ground with teams, not remotely manage brand work
  

• Comfort working in a bootstrapped, performance -oriented setup.
