Job Description - Asst./Dy./ Manager (Sales & Business Development)

  • Preparation and submission of
    proposals for various tender enquiries.

  • Interaction and meeting with
    customers on a regular basis to keep abreast with their current
    requirements and identify future requirements.

  • To attend technical, commercial and
    price negotiation meetings.

  • Identification of new product lines
    and promotion to customers to increase the scope of sales to Customers.

  • Liaison with branches for follow -ups on various ongoing projects for which proposals have been submitted to
    customers or which are under execution.

  • Interaction and correspondence with
    Customers and OEMs for assistance regarding technical/commercial matters
    on various ongoing projects.

  • To submit periodical MIS reports to
    the Management.

  • To identify prospective new
    customers.



Requirements

Designation   : Asst./Dy./ Manager (Sales &
Business Development)

Qualification : Must be an Engineering Graduate in Electronics and
Telecommunication/Electronics/ Instrumentation. A candidate with an MBA may be
preferred, if available.

Experience  : Requires a minimum experience of 5 years in Marine
Navigation / Industrial products dealing with Government tenders and
procurement.

Location       : Mahape (Navi Mumbai, Thane candidates preferred)

Travel           : As per business requirement.

  • Requires a high level of planning and organization
    skills.

  • Requires strong interpersonal skills &
    Communication skills.

  • Requires a collaborative work style, fostering
    cooperation and teamwork.

  • Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment,
    with an ability to understand the effect of decisions overall in the
    company.

  • Must be able to prioritize responsibilities to handle
    a demanding workload.

  • Must be detail -oriented with a high degree of
    accuracy.

  • Must be able to anticipate internal client needs.
  • Must have thorough Computer knowledge
    including Excel.
