ATS Customer Support & Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage ATS customer support, system configuration, data migration, reporting, and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel and Power Query skills, excellent communication, and experience in technical or application support.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries related to ATS functionality, configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting via email and calls.
  

• Support ATS configuration, report generation, job description settings, and careers page applications.
  

• Perform historical data cleaning, mapping, validation, and migration in coordination with customers and technical teams.
  

• Configure third-party integrations, including vendor IDs, packages, billing codes, and related settings.
  

• Use Excel and Power Query for data transformation, reconciliation, and validation; support existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  

• Track issues, document resolutions, and coordinate with internal teams for timely closure.
  

Required Skills & Tools

• 3–4 years of experience in customer support, technical/application support, or business operations.
  

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation.
  

• Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, and data migration processes.
  

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, multitasking, and coordination skills.
  

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM tools, Jira, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment workflows.
  

• Exposure to SaaS application support, system imports, data mapping, and third-party integrations.
