As an Audit and Assurance - Sustainability & ESG - Senior Associate, you will engage in evaluating compliance with regulations, assessing governance, and risk management processes to enhance the credibility of financial statements and other information. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on sustainability reporting, identifying gaps between disclosures and frameworks, and testing data quality to help organizations build trust in their sustainability strategies.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work. Responsibilities

- Conducting sustainability reporting assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Evaluating compliance with environmental regulations and governance processes
- Analyzing data quality and controls to support accurate sustainability reporting
- Collaborating with clients to build trust in their sustainability strategies and performance
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Utilizing data visualization techniques to enhance stakeholder understanding of sustainability metrics
- Engaging in climate change risk management to support organizational sustainability goals
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Testing and validating the alignment of sustainability disclosures with reporting frameworks
- Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and technical skills development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
