Monitoring & Audit Quality Checks for Microfinance portfolio

"Conduct Schedule and Surprise Visits for 6-8 branches as per schedule given by HO for conducting a through portfolio health Check Visit 

2 Gather market intelligence on MFI business in the area by visiting competition in the catchment 

3 Detailed RCA of OD and Death Claims Verification 

4 Support field teams in difficult cases of collections 

5 Conduct investigation into special situation if need arises. 

6 To aid the field sales teams training on issues wrt to compliance issue and for maintaining FTR .

7 Keep a watch through the PHC on any cases frauds in the assigned areas "
