Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive data governance strategies to ensure high-quality data management across all business units.
  
• Lead the design and deployment of Master Data Management solutions to maintain a single source of truth for enterprise data.
  
• Establish and monitor Metadata Management protocols to enhance data discoverability, lineage tracking, and usage transparency.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data policies, standards, and procedures that support operational efficiency.
  
• Oversee data quality initiatives and implement continuous improvement processes to mitigate risks associated with data integrity.
  
• Manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to drive the maturity of the organization's data capabilities.
  

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in data management, with a strong focus on Data Governance and Data Operations.
  
• Proven expertise in Master Data Management, Data Governance frameworks, and Metadata Management tools and methodologies.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale data transformation projects and drive organizational change.
  
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data security best practices.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  
• Willingness to work onsite in Mumbai on a day shift basis.
  
• Immediate availability or notice period of no more than two weeks.
