About the Opportunity
A fast-growing HR and finance solutions provider operating across India and Australia, we specialize in delivering compliant, end-to-end accounting, tax preparation, and financial reporting services for SMEs and multinational clients. Our team supports cross-border compliance, GST, BAS, and Australian tax frameworks—bridging local expertise with global standards to ensure accuracy, audit-readiness, and timely filings.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Australian tax returns (individual & business), including income tax, GST, and BAS statements.


• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for Australian entities—bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.


• Ensure compliance with ATO regulations, including Superannuation Guarantee (SG) contributions and PAYG withholding.


• Collaborate with auditors and clients to resolve discrepancies, prepare supporting schedules, and respond to ATO queries.


• Use Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks to maintain clean, reconciled books and generate P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.


• Advise clients on tax-saving opportunities, allowable deductions, and record-keeping best practices under Australian standards.

• Experience with STP (Single Touch Payroll)


• Working knowledge of Superannuation regulations


• CPA Australia or CA ANZ qualification (in progress or completed)
