About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a leading company in the manufacturing and engineering sector whcih specializes in designing and executing complex mechanical projects, providing innovative solutions to our clients across various industries. 

Role & Responsibilities

• Create detailed mechanical drafts and layouts using AutoCAD and other CAD software based on project specifications.


• Must have good experience in 2D/3D drawings of mechanical components using AutoCAD


• Experience in technical drawings of Electronic/ Electrical / lighting design is an added advantange


• Interpret engineering sketches, layouts, and technical data to develop accurate drawings.


• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet design and safety standards.


• Revise drawings as per testing and client feedback, ensuring compliance with industry standards.


• Prepare and maintain documentation of all drawings and revisions for project records.


• Assist in the estimation of material requirements and project costs through detailed drafting.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; 2D / 3D drawings 


• Strong understanding of mechanical drafting standards and best practices.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawing creation.


• Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering sketches.


• Effective communication skills and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing projects.


• Knowledge of GD&T standards.
